Your personal data will be processed: in the case of personal data processed for the purpose of conclusion and performance of contracts concluded for the time necessary to perform all obligations arising from the agreements indicated, in the case of personal data processed for the purpose of providing electronic services to you – for the duration of providing electronic services to you, in the case of personal data processed in order to send marketing content to you until you object to the processing of personal data in this respect or until the expiration of the period of limitation of claims. Each of the expressed consents can be withdrawn at any time. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the legality of the processing carried out prior to its withdrawal. Providing personal data is voluntary, but necessary to provide services electronically for your behalf or the conclusion and performance of sales contracts. The consequence of not providing personal data required by eWorkSuccess will be the inability to provide services to users electronically.
